About Me?
Hi there. My name is Alexander Muir (Sandy) to my colleagues and friends. I have been 40+ years in Infrastructure based Asset Management and have been involved in developing and implementing Asset Management in this time. Over time I have migrated through to Strategic Asset Management and am now mentoring people to assist their development. I have been at the forefront of asset management since the beginning and now bringing asset management into social media through Patreon.
What is this site about?
Imagine having a Centre of Excellence that you can rely on to obtain valuable information. Imagine having an exclusive library where you can find knowledge and info about Asset Management to help you with a project or implementation.
Many of you may been learning or practicing Asset Management with esteemed educators or talented supervisors without truly understanding the nitty-gritty of what it means or takes to be an Engineering consultant.
Well, at the Asset Management Knowledge Centre (AMKC), we are here to provide and equip you with the knowledge to help navigate you through the grueling yet exciting world of Asset Management.
What does a Patron get?
Patrons will get exclusive early access to our videos. We will provide videos on planned or viewer submitted topics such as asset condition, software comparisons, lifecycle management. We will also answer any problems you may have in ether a personal Skype call or in a group chat format via our Discord.
Subscribers will also be privy to live interviews with famed Engineers from around the world. We will also provide access to report templates, news articles and academic papers. We can also help with Asset Management projects if you sign up for our Developers or Strategists Tier.

We seek to create the Knowledge Centre where Asset Managers from across the world can exchange information and offer guidance to you. We will reduce the time you take to achieve your needs. We will accelerate your learning by supplementing your academic knowledge with real life experiences.
We will enable you to undertake asset management tasks, long before you thought it would take. We will build your confidence through knowing you have the right answers for your business. We can and will provide you with examples of the work we have completed in the past. More on this later (Some free and some at a cost).
